We engineered a modular range of solar-integrated tools designed for high-durability use cases. This included handheld audio players, high-output speakers, and multi-functional lamps. Our engineering team focused on two critical technical areas:

  • Sealing: Achieving IP67 ratings for internal electronics.
  • Thermal Management: Developing smart power controls to prevent lithium-ion battery degradation in heat-stressed environments.
  • Protection Rating: IP67  (Dust-tight and waterproof).
  • Battery Management: Integrated thermal-aware charging firmware.
  • Audio Output: Ranging from personal handheld units to large-group speakers.
  • Specialized Engineering: Concealed audio-module integration for early childhood development tools.

The resulting product line provides a grid-independent solution for humanitarian and educational sectors. These devices are currently deployed globally, maintaining high performance in rigorous field conditions without power grid access.
